Next-Generation Smart Process

DNHmedtech Smart Process combines two advanced technologies to accurately analyse signals.
Actto Root Smart Process technology removes virtually all signal interference from the root canal itself to precisely detect the location of apex.

  • Actto Root Smart Process alternates between two separate frequencies to take measurements.
    By reducing the noise that interferes with signal analysis, it generates a high-precision wave system that does not require a filtering circuit.
  • Actto Root Smart Process uses the whole wave system to analyze the extracted frequency.
    This produces steady measurement analysis even under varying conditions in the root canal while retaining a constant link to file insertion progress.

The four-color LCD screen

Measurement Begins

When the file is inserted into the root canal, the position of the bar graph reflects the position of the file as it descends, Display read step number remain until the base flash line and the alert sound (08~) slowly.

Root Apex Area

As the tip of the file approaches the root apex, (05~) the bar graph turns green, and the audio alert sound (04~) speeds up in tempo to notify the user that the file is entering the Zone of Precision.

Minor Apical Diameter Area

When the tip of the file reaches the minor apical diameter, the bar graph display reads 00, and the alert sound changes to a continuous tone.

Overshooting the Apex

If the tip of file passes the apex, the unit issues continuous alert sound while the word APEX appears in red.
